Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive the goods.
Return Policy
Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging can be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless items in the order were incorrect, had quality issues, or were damaged during transit.
All return requests should be made within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing service@teaconfidence.com. Kindly include your name, order number, and reason for the return in your email.
If any items in your order were incorrect, had quality issues, or were damaged during transit, we kindly ask that you contact us within 2 days of receiving the product by emailing service@teaconfidence.com. Please include a description of the issue, product photos, your name, and order number. This allows us to investigate the cause and assist you better.
Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved via email to service@teaconfidence.com, please provide us with the tracking information for the returned package.
Once we receive and complete the inspection of your returned package, we will notify you via email within 2 business days that we have received your return. Note: If the returned items are in good condition, we will process the refund after contacting you. The refund amount will be issued as store credit and credited to the account associated with the return order. We are not responsible for any damage to returned products, so please ensure the packaging is secure.
