Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive the goods.
Return Policy
Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging can be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless items in the order were incorrect, had quality issues, or were damaged during transit.
All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the goods by emailing service@teaconfidence.com. Please be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for the return in the email.
If any items in your order were incorrect, had quality issues, or were damaged during transit, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product by sending an email to service@teaconfidence.com with a description of the issue and product photos, along with your name and order number. This helps us investigate the cause of the issue and serve you better.
Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved via email to service@teaconfidence.com, please provide us with the tracking information for the returned package.
Once we receive and complete the inspection of your returned package, we will notify you via email within 2 business days that we have received your return. Note: If the returned items are in good condition, we will process the refund after contacting you. The refund amount will be issued as store credit and credited to the account associated with the return order. We are not responsible for any damage to returned products, so please ensure the packaging is secure.
